Lisa has been Vattenfall’s UK Director of Public & Regulatory Affairs since April 2018, and was Country Manager from April 2023 to September 2025. She represents Vattenfall on the SCC Board, and a number of other Boards and senior Government – industry forums.
Her previous experience includes running the Public Affairs team at Centrica plc, working for public affairs consultancy Politics International, and a number of roles in Westminster working for the Liberal Democrat Party. She is a corporate affairs expert with significant experience advising Board members and implementing integrated strategic corporate communications strategies. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne where she gained an undergraduate degree in Politics, and an MA in International Political Economy.

Anneli Pinchard is an accomplished HR Director at Saab, whose career is defined by international leadership and a passion for connecting people. Based in the UK for much of her professional life, she has held senior international roles at Saab, including VP Head of HR Market Area Europe and EMEA and now HR Director, where she has driven change management and business support at both strategic and operational levels. Anneli’s experience also includes eight years as a Senior Advisor at Goodwille, guiding SMEs and start-ups. Her commitment to community is evident in her active role representing Swedes Worldwide (SVIV) in London. Known for her business acumen, integrity, and positive energy, Anneli excels at building networks and fostering collaboration across borders.

Björn Odenhammar has an extensive experience from the Telecom industry and has held multiple leading positions covering both Strategic Product Management and Sales roles at Ericsson. Björn has also worked in several countries and learning about new cultures is one of his key drivers.
He is currently Key Account Manager for Virgin Media O2 and a member of the Ericsson Leadership team for UK & Ireland. His main focus is to introduce new technologies and services that can create great business for the operators. The ongoing introduction of 5G is so exciting, since it enables brand new applications for both Consumer and especially Enterprise customers. Even more important, it holds the promise to help the evolution towards a more sustainable society.

Sarah is the Deputy Head of UK Treasury at Handelsbanken with over 20 years experience in the banking industry, having worked both in the UK and Netherlands. Prior to Handelsbanken, Sarah worked at TSB and RBS in various Treasury roles. London-based Sarah has an Actuarial Science degree alongside accounting and Treasury qualifications. Outside of work Sarah enjoys volunteering and can often be found volunteering at various sporting events.

Steve Handscomb is Managing Director at LKAB, bringing over 40 years’ experience in industry and leadership. He joined LKAB in July 2015 and was appointed Managing Director in 2023. Steve holds an MBA from Aston University. Beyond his role at LKAB, he serves as a Trustee of Dudley and Wolverhampton Citizens Advice, sits on the board of the Institute of Concrete Technology, is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, and has previously mentored at Aston University.

Stewart is an Associate Director in the Mayfair office of Freeths, a top UK full-service law firm with a global reach. He has over 20 years’ demonstrated history of working in the legal sector. Stewart is responsible for the successful execution of the firm’s strategy in the South Region of Freeths, which includes the Bristol, Milton Keynes, Oxford and London offices. He is astute at coaching and mentoring lawyers on the best strategies to implement that will help them achieve their personal and departmental BD and financial objectives.

Elisabet is a leadership strategist and business owner with extensive experience in how to build winning cultures and teams, facilitating change success with client organisations all around the world.
