Onwards together – three new Board Members elected for SCC UK

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK has elected three new members to its Board of Directors, during the Board Meeting on Wednesday 18 February 2026. The newly elected bring senior experience from leading Swedish businesses in the UK across technology, defence, and retail.

The following candidates have been elected to the SCC UK Board of Directors and will be formally elected at the Annual General Meeting in June:

•    Nadine Allen, Country Head UK – Ericsson
•    Andy Fraser, Group Managing Director – Saab UK
•    Karen O’Rourke, Managing Director UK – H&M

These elections reflect the Chamber’s ongoing ambition to mirror the breadth and depth of Swedish business in the UK, and to keep the Board close to the issues, opportunities and challenges that matter to our members.

With Ericsson, Saab UK, and H&M continuing their long-standing representation on the Board, SCC UK continues to bring together perspectives from some of Sweden’s most recognised international companies alongside entrepreneurs, advisors and growth businesses – all committed to connecting, inspiring and facilitating collaboration across the Swedish–British business community.

The newly elected Board Members replace previous representatives from their respective companies.
