What does it really take to lead well in a way that delivers results today while strengthening people, organisations, and the world for the future? For the next generation of Swedish–British leaders, sustainable leadership isn’t a nice-to-have – it’s the skill that helps you make thoughtful decisions, influence effectively, and lead with impact, whatever your role or level of experience.
This masterclass, created and led by Elisabet Vinberg Hearn, gives our Young Professionals community the space to explore what sustainable leadership looks like in practice. You’ll step back from the day-to-day and build the habits that make leadership last: self-awareness, trust, sound decision-making, and the confidence to lead under pressure. Grounded in Swedish leadership traditions of collaboration and long-term thinking, it’s a practical, hands-on session designed to sharpen how you lead – whatever your title today.
Expect honest conversation, useful frameworks you can apply straight away, and the chance to connect with peers across sectors who are navigating the same questions. This is leadership development with a human touch – made for people early in the journey but serious about the climb.
