Magda Lukaszewicz is a General Partner at Inventure. Based in London, she focuses on early-stage seed investments across the Nordics, Baltics, and diaspora in the UK. Prior to joining Inventure and opening the London office in March 2025, she spent six years as an investor at Balderton Capital. Selected investments include Voi, Wayve, Tibber, Lassie, Samphire Neuroscience and more. Magda began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London.

Kaushik Subramanian is a Partner at EQT Ventures, based in London, where he invests in AI and fintech companies building product-led, category-defining businesses. At EQT Ventures, Kaushik has backed companies including Paid.ai, Stacks.ai, Payrails, and Beside, and works closely with founders on product strategy, monetization, and hyper scaling.

Kaushik brings deep operating experience across global platforms and complex infrastructure. Prior to EQT Ventures, he was a product leader at Stripe, where he built and scaled the company’s FX and multicurrency business into a highly profitable, nine-figure revenue platform. He also led multiple product teams across Stripe Connect, invoicing, and monetization in EMEA, partnering closely with fast-growing internet companies and marketplaces.

Earlier in his career, Kaushik spent several years at Meta, where he helped scale the ads ecosystem into a multi-billion-dollar business by re-architecting core ad-tech infrastructure and marketplace mechanics. He began his career at McKinsey and L’Oréal, shaping his perspective on strategy, consumer behavior, and operating at global scale.

Kaushik holds an undergraduate degree in computer engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Georgia is a Principal at Atomico. Based in London, she focuses on growth-stage investments across enterprise, fintech and consumer technology. Selected investments include The Exploration Company, Neko Health, PhysicsX, Framer, TravelPerk and Mews. Prior to joining Atomico, she was an investor at Left Lane Capital and Balderton Capital. Georgia began her career in investment banking at Centerview Partners in New York and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen’s University.

David Barker is a Senior Wealth Planner at Lombard Odier, specialising in investment structuring, wealth and estate planning for UK and international individuals and families with a UK connection. He has a particular interest in the tax treatment of entrepreneurs and their businesses.

Before joining Lombard Odier in 2023, David spent much of his career at Rawlinson & Hunter in London where he was a private client tax partner for 21 years, fulfilling at different times the roles of head of tax, managing partner and liaison partner for the Firm’s offices in Switzerland. His experience covers a wide range of private clients, including many non-domiciled individuals, UK-based and international entrepreneurs, their families, and their wealth holding structures. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and full member of STEP.

American technology lawyer and strategic business advisor Daniel Glazer leads the London office and US Expansion group at the Silicon Valley-headquartered law firm Wilson Sonsini. Daniel advises UK/European tech and life sciences companies through their US life cycle: US launch and scaling, US VC financing, and US IPO/M&A exit. He collaborated with the US Department of Commerce to create its "SelectUSA Tech" program for non-US technology companies expanding to the US, and was recognized as The American Lawyer’s first “Transatlantic Innovator of the Year” and by UK Tech News as one of London’s top 10 “International Connectors.”

Michael Labriola is a partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counsels public and

private technology, life sciences, and emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth.

Michael has particular experience with Wilson Sonsini’s clients across the U.S. East Coast and Europe.

He has a particular focus on supporting companies that undertake transformative events, such as

growth financings, IPOs, acquisitions, and exit sales. Michael counsels clients in matters ranging from

formation and early-stage venture financing to listings of publicly traded securities on U.S. and foreign

exchanges to seasoned public offerings and private and public company acquisitions. He also has
