Beatrijs is Global Co-Head of Capital Markets. She is responsible for overseeing the debt and equity capital markets activities across EQT's business lines.

Beatrijs joined EQT Partners in October 2024. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Beatrijs worked at Keensight Capital as Head of Capital Markets. Prior to that, she was VP Treasury at Liberty Global and a Vice-President within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank.

Beatrijs holds a Master degree from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Bachelor degree from the University of Amsterdam.

Pontus joined Cinven in 2011 and is a member of the Portfolio Review Committee, Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and leads the Healthcare and Industrial Sector teams, as well as the Nordic Regional team.

He has been involved in numerous transactions, including Ahlsell, Arxada (formerly Lonza Specialty Ingredients), CeramTec, Envirotainer, Envu (previously Bayer Environmental Science Professional), LGC, Master Builders Solutions, Ongoing Warehouse, Prezioso, Nutrisens, Regenity Biosciences, TK Elevator, Tractel and Vitamin Well.

Prior to joining Cinven, Pontus worked at KKR, Altor Equity Partners and Goldman Sachs in London, Stockholm, Tokyo and Menlo Park.

Pontus holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Imogen is a Partner and Head of Primaries in Pantheon’s European Private Equity team and also a member of the Global Primary Committee, ESG Committee and Allocation Committee.

Imogen joined Pantheon in 2005, and prior to joining the primaries team, she was a member of Pantheon’s secondary team and also headed up the Investment Structuring and Strategy division. Imogen is also on the board of Level 20 and chairs the Senior Leader’s Committee and is also a member of the BVCA LP Committee. Prior to Pantheon Imogen worked on small and mid-market private equity and mezzanine transactions for Anglo Irish Bank.

She holds a master’s degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. Imogen is based in London. 

Claes Gauffin, Head of Leveraged Finance (incl. Financial Sponsor coverage) & Debt Capital Markets at SEB based in Stockholm. Prior to joining SEB in 2021 Claes spent 14 years with Barclays in London across a number of capital markets roles.

Martin is a key member of the dedicated operational advisory team and combines deep industrial experience with functional expertise. Since joining Nordic Capital in September 2016, he has successfully driven commercial, marketing and operational excellence within Nordic Capital’s Financial Services portfolio.

Martin holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a MSc in Financial Economics from Gothenburg University, Sweden. He previously held the position as VP Marketing & Sales at Polarica. Before joining Polarica, Martin worked for Menigo Foodservice from 2007 to 2014 in positions as Commercial Director, Marketing & Sales Director, and Business Development Director. Prior to joining Menigo, Martin worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company from 2004-2007.

Mikael is a Director at Hg where he is focused on software and technology investments in the Nordic region. He is based in Stockholm. Mikael is also a Board member of Geomatikk AS.

Prior to joining Hg in 2020, Mikael was Head of M&A and part of the senior management team at Visma Group for ten years, where he completed approximately 150 software and software-related acquisitions.

Prior to this Mikael had an M&A advisory career working approximately 10 years in corporate finance/M&A for Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mikael is a Swedish national and has an MBA from The Wharton School in Philadelphia, PA, and a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University.

Aditi is a Managing Director and the head of Nordic and UK Equity Capital Markets at Jefferies. Aditi has 17 years of experience working on >100 IPOs and equity raises in Europe and is also a qualified accountant. 

Helen Croke is a partner in the global M&A practice based in London, focusing on Private Equity.

She specialises in UK and international private equity and M&A, including acting for institutional investors, corporates and founders. Helen is recommended by Chambers UK and The Legal 500 as a leading individual in private equity who clients say is "fantastic" with a "unique ability to articulate complicated aspects in layman's terms." She was inducted into the Legal 500 Hall of Fame in 2020 for private equity transactions of £500+ million.

Patrik Kvistrum is a partner within Deal Advisory, Transaction Services at KPMG with particular focus on financial due diligence for private equity clients. Patrik joined KPMG in 2015 and has more than 10 years of experience advising leading private equity firms on more than 100 Nordic and cross-border transactions across a number of sectors. Additionally, Patrik is involved in driving deal origination activities and private equity market coverage within KPMG in the Nordics.

Patrik holds a double master’s degree in finance from Stockholm School of Economics and Università Bocconi, and a bachelor's degree in finance from Stockholm School of Economics.

Simon Bering leads Digital Value Creation at Norvestor, where he is responsible for digital transformation initiatives, technology and AI adoption across the portfolio and the firm itself. Prior to Norvestor, he helped establish the digital, AI & technology value creation function for EQT in APAC. Prior to PE, Simon spent time within Google and Meta.

Gabriel Mellqvist is an anchor at Swedish finance broadcaster EFN, Ekonomi- och Finansnyheterna. He is the host of stock market show Börslunch, as well as the weekly podcast Börssurr med Mitelman & Mellqvist. Gabriel is also a contributing writer and a frequent commentator on markets and economy in othermedia. Before returning to EFN, he was a journalist working for Dagens Industri.During his sixteen year long career at the financial newspaper, he has for instancecovered American business and politics as a New York correspondent, as well asworked as a UK Correspondent in London. He has also worked for Reuters and hasalso co-authored the book United Stockholms of America.

Patrik Erblad is based jointly in Stockholm and London. He advises leading financial sponsors, including EQT, Triton, Bridgepoint, Bain Capital and KKR, as well as blue-chip investment holding companies such as Investor AB and A.P. Moller Holding. His practice covers leveraged buyouts, including public takeovers, and portfolio management matters, including restructurings and rescue investments.

Rodney Alfvén is currently a Partner and Executive Director at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson. He brings over 25 years of experience in banking, having spent roughly half his career as a financial analyst, where he was voted the best financial analyst three times in banking and insurance. The remainder of his career includes senior leadership roles as Head of Investor Relations at Nordea and Chief Investment Officer at Nordea Life and Pension.

Jan joined Deutsche Bank in 1988 and has held several positions within M&A, Structured Finance and Corporate Finance. He holds a BA from Pomona College, an MBA from Wharton, an MA from University of Pennsylvania, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the London School of Economics.
