Emily Turner is the CEO of HSBC Innovation Banking UK. Emily leads the bank and is responsible for scaling the business across the UK, Denmark and Sweden driving growth with leading innovation companies and investors. Emily is also a member of the UK Board.

Over the past decade, Emily established and built-up Citi Ventures UK, led Citi’s Global Institutional Strategic Investing group, and developed multiple early-stage companies as part of Citi's internal incubator. Most recently, Emily held the position of MD and Head of Business Development, Citi’s Client Organisation.

Before joining Citi, Emily worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in London. A native New Yorker, Emily is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Columbia University.

Hannah Bernasconi is Head of Sales for the Baltics and Nordics at Revolut, where she leads regional growth and commercial strategy across key European markets. She also works on venture capital partnerships, building strategic relationships with leading VC firms across Europe and the UK. With a background spanning sales leadership and business development, she has led high-performing teams and driven impactful growth initiatives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Hannah holds a Master's of Public Administration from University College London, specialising in digital technologies and policy, and brings a sharp perspective on the intersection of fintech, innovation, and scaling businesses.

Isabella is a Vice President and co-leads European origination team at Hg, with focus on Regulatory & Compliance software and the Nordics. She works across funds and portfolio companies to generate new investment activity and add-on M&A. Prior to Hg, she was an investor at Allstate Investments and began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. She is from Stockholm and has spent a decade in London.

Mia Iwama Hasting is a Go-To-Market strategy leader and writer with over 15 years’ experience in financial services and fintech, including capital markets, corporate lending and digital banking software. As part of executive and senior leadership teams, she has scaled high growth fintechs globally (including to exit), leading positioning strategy, expansion to new markets and product launches. With a background in product marketing strategy, Mia has been named as a top 30 most influential fintech marketer by the Fintech Marketing Hub and profiled as a leader in fintech. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion. She is a member of the Forward Trust Advisory Board and mentors entrepreneurs in her spare time. David is the Managing Director and Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) at HSBC Innovation Banking, with over 20 years’ experience in treasury management sales and a strong focus on emerging payments across fintech, the public sector, and correspondent banking. He is responsible for shaping and delivering HSBC Innovation Banking’s TTS sales strategy, leading both the TTS Sales team and the Implementation, Integration & Technical Delivery team to ensure effective execution and client outcomes.

Oliver Mohseni is the co-founder of Froda, a leading embedded finance provider and SME lender, currently active in seven markets. PhD molecular biologist turned fintech entrepreneur, Oliver is on a mission to make financing simple, accessible, and seamless for small businesses. He has played a pivotal role in launching Froda Embedded, a platform that enables banks, fintechs, and payment companies to offer embedded financing solutions, most notably introducing card-based embedded lending in partnership with Visa.

Neal is a business technology leader who operates at the intersection of high‑growth product innovation and commercial scale. Fredrik Warneryd is the Chief Executive for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK, one of the largest and most active foreign chambers in the UK. Prior to joining the Chamber, Fredrik held many leading positions in the City of London. With more than 25 years of experience within the Nordic teams of Banque Paribas, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, UBS and Credit Suisse, he has earned extensive knowledge and expertise in both the UK and Nordic markets.
