Every new AI powered tool promises transformation. Yet the real challenge isn’t finding the tools – it’s making them work in the day-to-day reality of your organisation.
Throughout the day, you’ll hear how others are aligning people, processes and platforms to make AI part of the operating model – not just a side project – and you’ll have space to reflect on what that could mean for your organisation.
This forum is for leaders, decision-makers, and curious minds who want to move beyond experiments and pilot projects, and to embed AI-driven technology that can future proof their business. You’ll gain practical insight into how others are aligning people, processes and platforms to make AI part of the operating model, not just a side project.
Together, we’ll explore how organisations are using AI and wider technological advancements to improve operations today while also building capabilities that will stand up to the new demands, regulations, and market shifts of tomorrow. You don’t need to be a technical expert – if you’re responsible for people, performance, or change, this is for you.
Sessions will focus on:
You’ll leave with concrete examples, questions to take back to your own organisation, and a clearer view of what “AI, fully embedded and future ready” can look like in your setting. Most importantly, you’ll have had the chance to join the conversation and challenge your thinking alongside others facing similar choices – and similar opportunities.
