Every new AI powered tool promises transformation. The real challenge is making them work in the day-to-day reality of your organisation. Tech Forum is for leaders, decision-makers and curious minds who want to move beyond experiments and pilots, and embed AI-driven technology in how they actually work.
To bring this to life, we’ll look at sectors where speed and precision really matter. What do Formula 1, Atlas Copco, Hexagon and SKF have in common? They’re all pushing the limits of advanced industrial technology – and the same advances in data, measurement, tools and components are transforming factories and supply chains across the globe.
You don’t need to be a technical expert – if you’re responsible for people, performance or change, this forum is for you. You’ll leave with concrete examples, questions to take back to your organisation, and a clearer view of what ‘AI, fully embedded and future ready’ can look like in your setting.
Sessions will focus on:
• How organisations are making AI part of ‘how we work’ – and why it matters for long-term competitiveness.
• How the emerging role of agentic AI can accelerate everyday workflows – from decision support and knowledge work to customer-facing processes.
• How industrial AI and automation are reshaping production, logistics and services – enabling more data driven factories.
• How established companies can learn from the driving forces in UK and Nordic scaleups – bringing an experimental, fast moving mindset into larger organisations.
• Understanding the real return from implementing and utilising AI tools and workflows in organisations.

Anders Winkler is Industry Solutions Global Director at Hexagon AB — the Swedish technology group whose metrology underpins the micron-level precision modern Formula 1 takes for granted.
He holds a Dr. Ing. from the University of Chemnitz in structural mechanics and polymer mechanics, and an M.Sc. from the University of Liverpool, where in 1998 he found himself fascinated by a course on expert systems taught by a former British Aerospace engineer — foundations whose full usefulness would only reveal themselves a quarter of a century later. Three decades since, working at the intersection of simulation, materials and manufacturing across Japan, France, Germany, Sweden and the UK.
He believes the world is too complex and too nuanced to be captured in numbers alone — it has to be told in stories, and AI, used well, helps write them. Working principle, borrowed from George E. P. Box: all models are wrong, but some are useful
