People & Talent Forum 2026

12 March, 17:30 - 21:30

Do you work with people? Great. Then this forum is for you. Together, we’ll dive into the questions shaping workplaces today: How do we attract and retain top talent? How do we foster a culture that brings out the best in everyone? And how do we tackle the challenges posed by new technologies while keeping people at the centre of it all?

At our inaugural People & Talent Forum, we’ll explore practical strategies and fresh perspectives to create thriving workplaces. Whether you’re leading a large organisation or running a small team, this event offers a chance to connect, learn, and share ideas on what it means to build a people-first culture.

Because at the end of the day, it’s still about people – isn’t it?

Panel themes include:

  • Workforce Mobility & Talent Gaps – How global moves, international assignments and new work models can actively close critical talent gaps while unlocking cross‑border skills and keeping cost, compliance and complexity under control.
  • Talent Insights & Skills Transformation – What fast‑growing roles and skills data reveal about the future talent landscape
  • Culture, Leadership & International Growth – Cultural dynamics, leadership behaviours and organisational practices for building successful international organisations.

Attendees will gain new perspectives on the future of work, talent and culture, and leave with clear, actionable steps to build a more people‑first, future‑ready workplace.
