Nordic M&A Forum 2026

26 March, 17:30 - 21:30

The Nordic region continues to lead in transformative dealmaking. With innovation, strong regulatory frameworks, and increasing capital availability, the Nordic M&A market offers significant opportunities for businesses and investors. Navigating this landscape successfully requires insight into regional nuances, global trends, and emerging forces shaping corporate transactions.

The annual Nordic M&A Forum 2026 brings together corporate executives, institutional investors, private equity firms, and leading advisors to explore market dynamics, sector opportunities, and the relationships essential for cross-border deals.

The event opens with a fireside chat with Per Franzén, CEO & Managing Partner at EQT Partners, offering insider perspectives from one of Europe’s leading capital platforms.

Panel Themes Include:

- M&A Outlook: Trends & Forward Perspectives – Future drivers and expectations in the Nordic M&A market

- Triple A in M&A – How leading Swedish groups use M&A to drive strategic growth

- The Drivers of M&A Integration Success – Post-M&A integration and retaining talent in cross-border deals

Attendees will gain actionable insights into where capital is flowing, which sectors are attracting strategic interest, and how regulatory and market shifts are reshaping deal structures. Through curated panels, interactive discussions, and high-level networking, this forum provides a unique platform to connect with the decision-makers shaping Nordic M&A.

This is where strategy meets opportunity — and where the next generation of transformative Nordic deals are born.
