Tania Tandon is the co-founder of TandonHildebrand, the first and only UK firm to ditch the billable hour and not record time. The firm’s focus is advising UK and international clients on employment and corporate law matters. It also provides HR support. Tania is Swedish with Indian and British roots and having been raised internationally, has a passionate interest in people in business. Her unique background gives often serves to provide helpful perspectives on cross border business and cultural dynamics. She has a Bachelor of Laws with European Law from University of Leeds (ERASMUS-Uppsala Universitet) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE). Collaboration lies at the heart of her approach, fostering strong partnerships with clients and business contacts.

Ellie, a qualified employment lawyer, creates content, undertakes research, and supports training initiatives for many of our clients, particularly those operating in the retail and technology sectors. Her expertise covers all aspects of employment law, as well as HR issues relating to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Ellie also hosts the Employment, Engagement & Equality team's popular fortnightly podcast The Work Couch, where she discusses the whole spectrum of employment law and how to navigate today's HR challenges with a diverse range of guests.
