Business Breakfast on The Employment Rights Bill

13 November, 08:30 - 10:30

As the Employment Rights Bill is in its final stages, UK employers and HR leaders are preparing for one of the most significant overhauls of employment law in decades. With new “day-one” rights, wider protections and strengthened enforcement mechanisms on the horizon, this breakfast will explore what these changes will mean in practice – and how organisations can get ready now for the shifts coming in 2026 and beyond.

About SCC UK’s Business Breakfasts
