The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK, in partnership with the Embassy of Sweden in the United Kingdom, the British Embassy in Stockholm, and the Swedish Institute, is proud to present an Ecosystem Exchange – a one-day programme in London designed to accelerate Swedish Proptech innovation on the UK stage. This programme is designed for Swedish scaleups with cutting-edge Proptech solutions, from smart buildings and energy optimisation to digital infrastructure and tenant experience platforms. Peter has a strong track record of working on innovative regeneration and development projects both in London and around the world. This includes the large-scale regeneration of King’s Cross and New Street Square in London, and the Al Bahar Towers in Abu Dhabi, which won the 2012 Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats’ Innovation Award.
At ECDC, Peter’s priority is ensuring the long-term resilience of the Earls Court masterplan and infrastructure design. The role centres around improving the integration of good design, purposeful technology and sustainability into the ECDC masterplan and buildings, from concept to operation.

Ivo is a mechanical engineer by education and began his career working for a BMS system integration. His passion for the broader PropTech and smart building sectors led him to a Principal Engineer position at a leading building services engineering and design consultancy. Most recently, he has taken on the role of Intelligent Buildings Lead at Savills. With a wealth of experience in the Property Technology industry, Ivo is particularly focused on bridging the technical and commercial gap between the multitude of solutions available in the market and asset investors, owners, and operators.

Anaïs is currently an investor at PT1, a Berlin-based VC fund, where I focus on early-stage European startups, particularly in construction robotics and built environment innovation. I previously worked for two years in commercial real estate at a European investment fund in Berlin, after getting my start at a proptech startup in Paris. I hold a Master’s in Business Management from EDHEC and studied sustainability at Universität Hamburg.

Nic's 25-year executive career spans private, listed, and start-up companies across numerous sectors including property, AI, telecoms, utilities, and financial services. He has created substantial shareholder value through major corporate transactions, most notably the IPO of Foxtons Group plc in 2013, which he subsequently led as CEO, taking the business into the FTSE 250 with a peak market capitalisation of £1.2bn.
Currently UK CEO of Proptivity, an indoor mobile solutions company, Nic also serves as a trusted advisor to private equity and venture capital funds, as well as early-stage technology start-ups. His expertise has been instrumental in driving product innovation and securing growth funding. In 2019, he was recognised by Glassdoor as one of the UK’s Top 50 CEOs.

Tom is the Director of Digital Transformation (CDO) at Skanska UK and a member of the Technology and Sustainability Leadership Team. He leads the UK digital transformation strategy, driving the use of technology and data across all Operating Units and Enabling Functions. Tom also oversees the development of innovative digital products and services for both internal and external customers, and steers technological change across the organisation. Internationally, he contributes to Skanska’s global digital community, where he is recognised as a subject matter expert and supports other business units in their transformation journeys. His industry influence includes participation in cross-sector working groups, speaking at events, and contributing to publications. A standout achievement in his career is leading the creation of Intellekt, Skanska’s intelligent building platform. Tom guided the project from concept to rollout, delivering a service that uses real-time data to enhance building performance—now implemented at Skanska’s 51 Moorgate office in London.

Lasya Rao leads investor relations at London & Partners, the growth agency for London. She helps investors grow their networks in London and abroad, access quality deal flow, and raise their profile through platforms like London Tech Week. Tarek is a Senior Development Manager at the Earls Court Development Company, the business behind the new masterplan proposed for the 40-acre former Earls Court Exhibition Centre site. He plays a key role in driving the investment, workplace and sustainability elements of the masterplan forward. Tarek is particularly interested in ambitious, forward-thinking proposals that are both human centric and sustainable and enjoys applying his practical and analytical skills to help make these a reality.

Emily is an Associate Director at NLA, London’s Built Environment Community. She joined the business in 2015 and has worked across Membership, London at MIPIM, The London Real Estate Forum and the London Festival of Architecture.
In 2021 Emily worked for London & Partners in the role of Urban Lead, supporting international cleantech, proptech and smart mobility businesses to scale and set up in London before re-joining the NLA team in 2022.

As a thought leader at the intersection of construction, technology, and venture capital, Alex has mentored over 65 startups through leading accelerators such as Techstars and the HS2 Accelerator, helping raise millions in investment and drive measurable industry impact. He currently lectures in Product Development and Prototyping at UCL's School of Management, and has served on multiple advisory boards bringing his expertise in innovation, strategy, and scaling technology ventures.

Erik Aberg is a Sustainability Advisor at Longevity Partners Ltd and has been seconded to Tristan Capital Partners since 2023. He embeds ESG into real estate private-equity and debt funds through proptech-driven data automation and reporting, and holds an MSc in Real Estate from UCL’s Bartlett School.
At Tristan Capital Partners, he co-leads fund-level ESG reporting for a €15 billion portfolio, coordinating UN PRI, GRESB, and SFDR Article 8 submissions while driving EU Taxonomy compliance. He led data-automation initiatives across several jurisdictions, using proptech platforms to streamline ESG workflows. By bridging sustainability, private equity, and proptech, Erik empowers investment teams to meet rigorous ESG targets, enhance asset performance, and reduce operational costs.
