Outer Thinking: Swedish-British Summit 2025

27 November, 09:00 - 18:00

How do we lead with courage, clarity, and confidence in disruptive times? As global uncertainty intensifies — driven by shifting geopolitics, environmental urgency, supply chain vulnerabilities, and fast-evolving technology — this question has never been more critical.

At this year’s Outer Thinking, we’ll break away from the expected and explore new ways of leadership, decision-making, and partnerships, as bold thinking and courageous collaboration become the new imperatives. Through thought-provoking discussions and ground-breaking insights, you’ll gain the tools to stay resilient and inspire collective action in a world that demands more.

Join us for a day of transformative ideas and meaningful connections. Be a part of Outer Thinking.

Tomas Vidmark

Middle

Dad Harmony

Featured Speaker

Tomas was born and raised in Åliden. Tomas was inspired by their father Kenneth and thus naturally found his way into music. Throughout his life, Tomas has always had a soft spot for boy bands, something that still holds true today. For Tomas, producing music was more interesting than becoming a virtuoso on any particular instrument. There was never any doubt he could sing, though it usually happened in the shower or in the company of close friends.

His producer name was “Tofast,” and even today, childhood songs by Tomas and his friends still circulate around Skellefteå. When it was time for high school, Tomas chose to focus on sports and moved to Malmö to attend a squash-focused high school. Tomas himself often says that his greatest musical achievement was the solo he performed at his ninth-grade graduation.

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce

Peter Vidmark

Barytone

Dad Harmony

Featured Speaker

Born and raised in Åliden in a family where music was a big part of everyday life. His father Kenneth, a pianist among other things, had a major influence on Peter — to the extent that people sometimes confuse the two. In his younger years, aside from practicing piano, hip hop was Peter’s main drive. He would sit in his childhood room producing beats that he then sold online to various Swedish rappers — with mixed success.

Like Sebastian, Peter and those around him realized during puberty that he couldn’t sing either very high or very low notes, and thus the ultimate baritone singer was born. During high school, he took lessons in piano and singing, and after graduation he has performed as a troubadour, a singer in Tonova (with Sebastian), and in cover bands with Michael.
