19 May 2020

On 18 May, Nellie Kullenberg was awarded the Sten-Olof Palm Scholarship from Göteborgs Köpmannaförbund in order to complete the autumn term as an intern at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.  The scholarship was presented by Kenneth Odéuds CEO & Ulla Nilsson Vice Chairman of Göteborgs Köpmannaförbund.

The Sten-Olof Palm Scholarship allows one student who has completed their studies at Hvidfeldtska Gymnasiet in Gothenburg to do an internship at the Chamber for six months. The scholarship is awarded to a student who has a genuine interest for international trade, is creative and service minded.

The scholarship is established after Sten-Olof Palm who graduated from Gothenburg University in the early 1960s. He was a prominent voice in the Gothenburg business community and was also very engaged in the development of contacts between academia and international trade.
