Ragnar Agnell is Partner at Centigo which is the largest Sweden-founded and headquartered management consultancy with around 300 consultants. Ragnar is also co-founder of Centigo in the UK and Ireland.
Ragnar has a long career in management consulting, starting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Stockholm and London in the early 90’s. He joined Centigo in 2003, one year after it was founded, and has been part of the early team of entrepreneurs who developed the Business Wellness Group to grow organically to almost 450 professionals, with an international client base and offices in Dublin, London, Oslo, Gothenburg, Malmo, Stockholm and Bangalore. Centigo is the oldest and largest of the sisters in the Business Wellness Group, which is based on a philosophy of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship that maintains the core elements of business in balance over time. Business Wellness enables the organisation to be both innovative & resilient and effective & focussed.
Ragnar has been engaged as a coach and mentor for more than thirty CEOs and founders of British and Irish companies in the software, food-tech, digital services, consumer products, industrial products, healthcare, e-business and logistics industries. Ragnar has through his career also been a coach and mentor for young professionals, helping them to go for and reach full potential, applying the so-called 4FP approach.
As a management consultant, Ragnar has mainly served his clients as a senior adviser and lead for strategy, innovation, sustainability, transformation and change initiatives. Ragnar’s international experience includes clients in Japan, South-East Asia, Central Europe, the Baltic Rim countries, the Nordics, Benelux, the UK, Ireland and the US.
Ragnar holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
