Since 1873, Atlas Copco has been a world leading supplier of industrial productivity solutions. Our products and services range from compressed air and gas equipment, generator sets, construction and mining equipment, industrial tools and assembly systems, to related aftermarket and rental. With its headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden, the Group's global reach spans more than 160 markets, with a revenue of 74.2 BSEK in 2008.

Atlas Copco in the UK handles the sales and marketing of the complete product portfolio, all backed up by a nationwide sales, distribution, service and maintenance network. Our head office is in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, with 500 office and field based employees.

Compressor and Generators

Our range of compressed air products covers the latest energy saving equipment including VSD compressors, dryers, filters, drains, pipework and the widest service network with a range of maintenance plans to suit every need.

Our engineering workshop in Hemel Hempstead is a specialist in the design and build of custom-built compressor packages.

Construction and Mining

The Construction and Mining Technique business area develops, manufactures, and markets rock drilling tools, underground rock drilling rigs for tunnelling and mining applications, surface drilling rigs, loading equipment, exploration drilling equipment, construction tools and road construction equipment.

Industrial Power Tools

We provide productivity solutions to the manufacturing industry in the UK and Ireland. Typically, our tools are used to assemble cars, engines and offroad equipment, to drill and rivet airplane modules, to cut and grind in shipyards as well as in the assembly of smaller products like computers and phones. With the addition of a dedicated Service organisation, we are able to offer customers the complete solution.
