This is the most important Head of Sales position in 2021, by far. We know that you feel it's time to work on something that has deep meaning, and when you talk about what you do at a dinner party,  you want to entertain your audience. ClimateView had a great business year and is aiming for an even better year, with an even faster global expansion. ClimateView doesn't need to have internal workshops to understand our mission. We live in a parallel universe with unheard-of support. All this means, we want a plus menu with extra everything for this role.

Who we aspire to be

ClimateView is a Swedish software company on a global mission to tackle climate change. We support local governments in their transition to carbon neutrality. We do this by offering a unique SaaS solution, collaborative process and open-data initiative to drive climate action and innovation towards the net-zero carbon goal.

Today we have a great team that works with our growth and expansion. This team is highly intelligent and motivated, so the challenge is to keep up with them.

We are mainly in the Nordics, UK, Germany and will expand to Spain, France, Canada and the USA this year.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales who can help us achieve our high target, aka saving the planet.

We believe you should have this to succeed

  • We believe that you have worked at both a larger company and smaller start / scale ups. The combination of both understanding which processes need to exist but also having the experience to implement these yourself is a key.
  • You have proven, state of the art, record of building effective sales processes from lead generation and closing deals.
  • We also believe that you have an ability to collaborate extremely well with our marketing function, customer success and other departments internally.
  • Experimenting with pricing models and understanding the conversion rate between leads and deals is something you do in your sleep.
  • Need we say that you add to the team spirit with your empowerment abilities, your eye for adding the right skills, and your capacity to drive innovation in everything your team does?
