TicketCo is currently operating in the UK, Norway, Poland and Sweden. Today, TicketCo has around 2000 event organiser customers and we are growing rapidly. Many of these customers are small and medium-size businesses looking to grow their events together with us. The TicketCo sales department is now looking for a Global Account Manager that can handle the influx of these customers as well as establishing new partnerships to secure growth in all our markets. The TicketCo platform has handled over 35,000 events and we can foresee an even greater demand for TicketCo worldwide.
As Global Account Manager, you will handle inbound inquiries from small and medium (SME) size event organisers. Today, your responsibility is to convert these inquiries into platform using customers. This is done over the phone as well as with digital tools. You will also work proactively with establishing partnership offers to member associations and unions with new opportunities. The position reports to the global Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
The person they are looking for is an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing. The person speaks English fluently, but can also handle Norwegian or Swedish. If the person speaks Polish as well it will be a great advantage. Some degree of sales experience is recommended for this position. In addition, you need a healthy interest in innovative technology, paired with a good competency level. If you have experience from the event industry it will be a great plus.
