We are looking for new trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant with Templeton and Partners you will be responsible for sourcing technical contractors using a variety of tools and account management of existing clients, across our European client portfolio. Your focus will be to recruit for clients across Europe.

If you choose to, then you will later be actively developing and growing your own personal rolling contractor base, and will receive training in how to acquire your own brand new clients. Working on finding candidates for existing clients and then taking more responsibility to manage and expand these clients will be the best steps in the right direction of becoming a full “360 degrees” recruitment consultant.

You will be bilingual in English and another European language, ideally Swedish, Danish, German or Polish.You will need to be an excellent communicator, organised, self-starting, resilient, hard-working, tenacious and a team player, with an open mind to continually develop. We will provide you with the training, development and coaching to be a successful Recruitment Consultant with us.
