24 September 2021

The September issue of The Link is out now. In this issue, we take a look at the successful game industries in Sweden and the UK, and how Swedish game studios are making a mark in the UK. Fredrik Rundqvist, CEO at Swedish game studio Sharkmob, lets us in on their expansion journey to London, and how they are combining the best of Swedish and UK game development to offer something new and exciting.

We speak to Michael Sheren, Senior Advisor at the Bank of England, about the greening of the financial system, and discuss the North Sea traffic links with Jonathan Bailey, UK Commercial Director at DFDS Seaways. Also, we meet Gudrun Sjödén, entrepreneur, fashion designer and founder of the fashion brand bearing her own name.

Also in this issue:

James Reason, CEO at Target Aid, on how to reach the new generation through transparency and by staying true to company values.

Adrian McDonald, CEO at Adway, and Carl Schander, CEO at Exparang discuss how to reach the unreachable job candidates with HR tech.

Mikael Hellborg, Managing Director, Anna Gillard, Human Resources Business Partner and John Smith, Service Operations Divisional Manager at Alfa Laval UK & Ireland on why communication is key when managing a workforce in a pandemic.
