Dagens industri summarises the Nordic M&A Forum

14 March 2022

In an article published on 11 March, Swedish business daily Dagens industri highlighted the SCC’s Nordic M&A Forum. In the article, reporter and Master of Ceremonies of the event Gabriel Mellqvist, summarised his key takeaways from the conference, taking place the previous day in central London.

Quoting several speakers, the article concludes that “the geographical proximity to Russia may put pressure on the valuation of companies in both Sweden and Finland” and that the market has changed drastically as a result of the last weeks escalation of events.

The Nordic M&A Forum is a yearly gathering organised by the SCC, bringing together stakeholders from across the industry, from banks, asset managers, private equity and advisory firms, from both the City and the Nordics.
