Welcome to this Virtual Roundtable discussion with Mikael Bäckström, HR Lead for People Unit and Freemium Business Unit, and VP HR at Spotify, on​ how to work with a company's greatest asset – its people – during a technological revolution demanding workplace agility.

Mikael Bäckström is a part of the Global HR team at Spotify that supports the business's vision and mission. Mikael’s roles include being the Global HR Lead supporting the Spotify Freemium Business Unit and the People Global Unit (including HR, Workplace services and Strategy/PMO) functions as well as being the HR Lead for EMEA and having the HR Specialist team under his wings. Spotify currently has about 6500 employees at more than 70 offices in 25 countries.
