Change Management Forum: New Tech, Now What?
15 March 18:30 - 21:00
Venue: HSBC, 78 St. James's Street, London SW1A 1JB

Companies large and small are incorporating new technology rapidly - but the long term organisational and cultural effects of these implementations can often be hard to predict or completely brushed aside as unimportant. How do you ensure a dynamic and change adaptable approach, to bridge management and technology? Why is it even important?

The SCC is organising a Change Management Forum focusing on the organisational, cultural and human resources related effects of implementing change factors such as new technology. We will hear from experts in areas such as leadership and organisational culture, and recruitment and strategic search methods.

Confirmed speakers:

Elisabet Vinberg Hearn
is the CEO of Katapult Partners and a leading voice on culture change in enterprises as well as a consultant providing strategic leadership and tactical solutions to enterprise clients around the world, including American Express, IKEA, H&M, ABN-AMRO and the Nobel Prize Organisation. Steve Sharpe is Director at Katapult Partners and a global conference speaker for Microsoft as well as Channel 4 and Channel 5 news panellist. Among Sharpe's speaking topics is "the power of purpose in business transformation".

Danielle Walsh is Global Head - Digital Client Relationships at HSBC and responsible for connecting HSBC's digital capabilities to provide a holistic offering to corporates, governments and institutions on a global level. Danielle was also recognised in the Innovative Finance "Woman in Fintech 2017 Power List" and UK representative at the G20Y 2017 Summit.

Ket Patel is the UK Operations and London Chapter Lead of the Change Management Institute, a role that brings cutting edge thought leadership to change professionals and develops networks across the UK for greater capability.

Dr Aarti Anhal is the Founder of consultancy agency before nine. In her work as a consultant, Aarti focuses on several areas including the people wellbeing and resilience aspects of change, transition and transformation in the workplace.

This event will be moderated by Abu Amin, Programme Director at PwC. Abu has extensive experience in bridging change management and technology and has lead large-scale business and behavioural change programmes.
