The course will cover cultural nuances in leadership and management approaches, how to safely navigate the differences in workplace behaviours, as well as exploring differences in negotiation practices, sales techniques and communications. Attendees will also be given a crash course into British culture, an introduction to Employment, Commercial and Tax law, and receive practical tips and advice on their journey from those who have already successfully established themselves in the UK.

This course is for professionals who have recently relocated (or are in the process of relocating) and want to land on their feet, prepared for a career in the UK.
