Business Culture Course

This one-day course prepares delegates for their career in a Swedish or British company and enables them to discover ways of working more efficiently within the management structures. The course will cover cultural nuances in leadership and management approaches, how to safely navigate the differences in workplace behaviours, as well as exploring differences in negotiation practices, sales techniques and communications. Attendees will also get an introduction to the differences within employment, commercial and tax law and be given a crash course into Swedish and British culture and perceptions.

This course is for British, Swedish or international professionals who have recently taken on, or are about to take on, a position in a Swedish or British company, and for those who further on in their career want to improve their interaction with HQs in respective countries.
