Women's football has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK and internationally. Over the past seven years, the number of registered female football teams in England has more than doubled. In the last year alone, the top 15 women's teams in Europe experienced an impressive 61 per cent increase in average revenues, with eight of these teams based in the UK. This remarkable growth has significantly enhanced the appeal of women's football, attracting increasing interest from both supporters and investors. About the Business Breakfast

At this Business Breakfast, moderated by Maria Norrman, Chief of Staff and President of EF Pro Cycling, we will be joined by Jonas Eidevall, Head Coach of Arsenal Women FC, and Robert Vilahamn, Head Coach of Tottenham Hotspur Women FC. These recognised leaders will discuss the expanding market for women's football in the UK, and share their insights on future projections for two of England's most renowned football clubs.

Additionally, we will delve into their leadership philosophies and strategies for building high-performing teams in one of Europe's most competitive leagues. The discussion will also highlight the contrasts between the football landscapes in the UK and Sweden, offering insights on how to unlock the potential of young talents and the coaches’ choice of moving overseas after starting their careers in Gothenburg and Skåne respectively.
