Sir Philip Lowe has had a distinguished career in business and government, shaping competition policy and energy regulation. He served as Director-General for Competition and Energy at the European Commission and now advises on cross-border transactions and regulatory challenges as a Senior Advisor at Kekst CNC.

Seréna Pilkington - Analyst Global Issues, Control Risks

Seréna Pilkington - Analyst Global Issues, Control Risks
Seréna Pilkington is an analyst specialising in global business issues, including geopolitics, energy politics, and climate risks. She previously worked at Dragonfly, focusing on global security and health risks. She holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from UCD and an MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London, specialising in OSINT and East Asian security.

Anna Leach - Chief Economist, Institute of Directors

Anna Leach - Chief Economist, Institute of Directors
Anna Leach is on the steering committees for the Royal Economic Society Women in Economics Network, leading partnerships, and the Pissarides Review on Work and Wellbeing. Previously, she was Deputy Chief Economist at the CBI, overseeing macro-economics and consulting. She also worked in the Government Economic Service at HM Treasury and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Callum Laidlaw - Partner, Kekst CNC

Callum Laidlaw - Partner, Kekst CNC
Callum has worked in communications consultancy for over 16 years after starting his career as a government policy advisor. At Kekst CNC, Callum has helped lead our crisis readiness and cybersecurity offers globally, as well as working across wider corporate reputation and public affairs mandates.
