The Chamber enjoys a unique and diverse network, and in order to satisfy the many sectors, industries and interests of its Members it arranges a variety of events throughout the year. The Chamber has divided its events into a series of eight themes. These include Business Meets Politics, Financial Focus, Get to Know Your Country, Industrial Forum, Information Events, Networking Receptions, Next Generation and Social Events, as well as the events hosted by the Young Professionals.
The Entrepreneurship Forum originally grew from the Young Professionals series of events and has today become the main forum for entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs of the SCC. Representing Swedish and British entrepreneurship, the forum seeks to develop cross-sector peer groups of like-minded individuals who can share ideas, knowledge and inspiration in a creative business environment.
The Financial Focus series aims to bring together leading individuals within the financial services sector and corporates to discuss current issues and to exchange ideas relating to finance.
The Industrial Forum series started in the 1990’s and is an exclusive series aimed at bringing together leading individuals within the industrial companies and the largest corporates within the network.

The Chamber hosts a range of events aimed at bringing together members for social and cultural occasions. These include Swedish celebrations such as the Annual Crayfish Party and the Christmas Luncheon, as well as various British traditions. Business events also fall under this category, such as Welcome to the UK which introduces the United Kingdom as a business hub for Swedes.
The Urbanisation Forum series aims to be a forum for business people, politicians and other influential individuals who wish to share experiences, supply information on their respective areas and bring about high value networking. The theme lends itself to urbanisation with a focus on global change as a direct result of the physical growth of cities.
