Dagens Industri: "Europe needs London, and London needs Europe"

"Europe needs London, and London needs Europe," says Jan Olsson, Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK and CEO of Deutsche Bank, in an article in Sweden's main business daily Dagens Industri.

The article refers to a survey conducted by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, in which Swedish financial services businesses proved to be optimistic about their future in London - despite uncertainty about regulations, increased costs and administration that followed the UK's withdrawal from the EU.

"The discussion has been normalised. People view it more positively now than five years ago and have become accustomed to the idea of leaving the EU. There are now more organisations showing interest in becoming members in the Chamber than before,” says Jan.
