Announcing a new scholarship partnership with the Elof Hansson Foundation

Through a generous scholarship donation from the Elof Hansson Foundation, we are pleased to offer a brand new scholarship for a bachelor student at the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg. The scholarship programme gives a talented and ambitious young student the opportunity to join the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the UK and gain international business experience at the heart of the world’s financial centre, for a period of twelwe months.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must have recently completed the second year of the bachelor's programme in economics or recently completed your studies at this programme, at the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg. The application deadline for the 2021/2022 scholarship closes on 22 June 2021.

The Elof Hansson Foundation was created in 1985 through a donation by Bo-Elof Hansson. The Elof Hansson company is a global business facilitator for buyers and sellers of pulp, paper and timber. The foundation supports academic education, research and training in the commercial sector. The main focus is on trade and business activities such as marketing, international trade, accounting, commercial law and business language, and it has long standing partnership with Chalmers University of Technology and the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
