About the Programme

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce's (SCC) Mentorship Programme offers a unique opportunity for you as a Young Professional to receive individual coaching from an experienced and knowledgeable senior from the SCC network. This is a unique change for you to develop and improve desired skills, exchange experiences, and to extent your network with highly experienced professionals and other like-minded and ambitious young professionals. Reach the next level as a professional while becoming more self-reflective as a person - apply to our Mentorship Programme today!

This year we are looking to match mentees and mentors according to industry, all to make it easier for you to get as much out of the mentorship as possible. The mentors have aggregated decades of experience in leading businesses, and are carefully selected to guide and provide advice to their mentees within our industry categories. 

For the Mentorship Programme 2016-2017 we offer mentorship within the following categories:
- Finance
- Law
- Management
- Marketing
- Entrepreneurship

You are more than welcome to seek a mentorship within more than one category, although you can only be accepted to one mentorship.

Application process

Apply by sending your CV and Letter of Motivation to Please write Application Mentorship Programme 16-17 in the subject title. The selection is based on your degree of motivation and aspirations for the programme as well as your professional background. 

Please include the following in your Letter of Motivation: 

- Which qualities you are looking for in a mentor
- Four topics you would like to discuss with your mentor
- Which mentorship category you are interested in
- What you want to achieve with the SCC Mentorship Programme

Submission Deadline: 1 August 2016 
Programme Fee: £100 if you are selected to join*

* A mentorship is a means to professional development - there is always a possibility that your employer would like to sponsor your participation!
