Didn’t get a ticket? Come on out to the Olympic Park area, take our famous Daily Olympic Walk and soak up the atmosphere of the Games. After the walk have lunch or tea in Stratford to experience the razzmatazz, and then travel home off-peak. If you do have a ticket for an event on the Olympic Park, why not join our walk beforehand to learn about the story of Stratford and its regeneration, the background to the bid, and the build up to the Games?
In response to popular demand and in order to make our visitors welcome, our walks will continue throughout the Olympics. Due to increased security measures, from 17th June we will follow a new route. Whilst not being able to get as close to the Park as before, there will still be good views of the Olympic Stadium, the Aquatics Centre, the Orbit and the Olympic and Paralympic Village.
Our guides have in-depth experience of working on the Games and will bring you up to date with all the latest Olympic stories and developments. Our walks have been running for more than three years now and have been featured in the Daily Telegraph and The Guardian’s top ten walking tours.
The Daily Olympic Walk leaves from Bromley-by-Bow tube station at 11.00 and 14.00, and an evening walk goes on Wednesdays.
