Welcome to the UK seminar in Stockholm on 8 February The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK will once again organise a Welcome to the UK seminar, introducing Swedish business to the United Kingdom and the 2012 Games, in Stockholm, Monday 8 February at Berns Salonger. The event is hosted in association with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the British-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. The event is aimed at all those, both individuals and companies, who are planning to take the step to move or to develop business relationships with the UK. The purpose of the seminar is to offer general knowledge about conducting business in the UK and why this is a good time to come to the UK. The event will start with a classic afternoon tea with an opportunity to mingle before the event. The seminar will begin with a short address by H.E. Andrew Mitchell, the British Ambassador to Sweden. Speakers at this event will include representatives from the Swedish Trade Council, Think London, PKF and Advantage West Midlands. The event will also host a number of exhibitors offering knowledge and advice about the current British business climate and how to succeed in this market. After the seminar there will be a drinks reception with canapés.
